Terms of Use

Last updated: August 27, 2026

These Terms govern use of the Pryzi mobile app and website at pryzi.ca (together, “Pryzi”), operated by Nikcaninc (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, continuing as a guest, or using Pryzi as a store owner, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Pryzi lets shoppers scan in-store QR tags, save products, and receive alerts when a participating store drops the price. Store owners (“Merchants”) can upload products, print QR tags, update prices, view scan and interest activity, and subscribe to a paid plan.

Pryzi is a notification and listing tool. We do not sell the products, process in-store checkout, or guarantee stock, price accuracy, or that a deal will remain available until you arrive.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your province/state). Customer login currently supports United States and Canada phone numbers only. Merchant accounts are created by us after a request; Merchants may not self-register unless we enable that later.

3. Customer terms

4. Merchant / store owner terms

5. Plans, trials, and billing

Plan features (QR count, stores, monthly notifications) are shown in the app and on pryzi.ca. Trials, if offered, convert to a paid plan only if you complete payment. We may change plan prices with notice in the app or by email. Chargebacks or unpaid invoices may pause Merchant features.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload Pryzi; create fake scans or fake interest; send spam; or use the service for anything unlawful. We may limit or terminate access.

7. Intellectual property

Pryzi, Pryzi, the app, and related branding belong to us. You keep ownership of your store and product information. You grant us a license to host and display that information to operate the service.

8. Disclaimers

Pryzi is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted service, perfect notification delivery, or that a listed price is the price you will pay at the register. Stores control their own pricing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, missed deals, store visits, or indirect damages.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. Questions: nikcaninc@gmail.com
